RentCap helps you check rent-increase rules and prepare documents. It is not a law firm, does not represent you, and does not provide legal advice. Results depend on the facts you enter and the government sources RentCap has checked.

Your responsibility

Review every amount, date, address, name, exemption answer, delivery method, and attachment before relying on a result or serving a packet. Do not use the packet for subsidized housing, week-to-week tenancies, active disputes, or uncertain exemption details without qualified legal review.

Paid packet

The $49 landlord packet and $19 renter packet are one-time purchases for the packet generated from the entered facts. Neither is a subscription, and neither includes continuing legal or law-update services. Access normally expires after the published paid retention period.
